Cancellation before shipment
- If the order or item(s) you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, write to our customer support team

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded within 24–48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Refunds Process
Step 1: If you cancel before shipment
We start your refund within 24–48 business hours after we receive your cancellation request.
Step 2: If you cancel after dispatch / return in transit
We process the refund after the product reaches our warehouse and is verified.
Step 3: If you paid online (credit/debit/net banking)
We send the refund to the same account within 24–48 business hours.
Step 4: If you paid COD
We initiate a bank transfer using your billing details within 24–48 business hours of receiving the product back and your bank details by email.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
- You can raise a return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- The product is missing original packaging (price tags, labels, box, freebies, accessories) or the packaging is damaged.
- The serial number is tampered.
- The product is defective but not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product is used.
- The request is raised after 15 business days of delivery.
