How do I check the current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders by visiting the "My Orders" section. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

What do I do in cases of failed delivery?

In case delivery fails, kindly reach out us via: (e-mail & phone number to be added) & we will get back to you with the details.

How do I cancel an order? (before it has been shipped)

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel & are not shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your "Order" section.

If you have placed the order as a guest, sign in with the email that you have used while placing an order and you can then cancel order through "Order" section.

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours.

How do I cancel an order? (once it has been shipped)

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify it, refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours.

Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel ?

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case if your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the order. Just write an email to us at (e-mail id to be added) with complete details.

When will I get my refund?

The refund will be initiated between 24-48 hours after the product return has been verified at our end which generally takes 2 days from return.
